celebrating 3 years cancer free...

i an effort to make the most of life moving forward, i am planning to celebrate my 3 year anniversary of being cancer free. i was originally diagnosed on Feb 15th 2005, so i am planning to celebrate the fact that i am still here with family and friends during the month of Feb. below is the intive i sent out to friends for the first celebration. zebbi, me, cj, damon, and kennedy are going to edo garden in monona, wi for a special family celebration.

As most of you know I am coming up on the anniversary of my cancer diagnosis on Feb 15th, 2005. I would like to celebrate the fact that I am still alive and kicking, BUT the 15th is a Friday (I teach that night) AND there are not really an good bands playing that night anyway. Soooooo, I am planning to go to see IX Lives at the Club Tavern on Saturday the 9th to celebrate instead.

What -- Celebrate Surviving Cancer (so far...lol)
