just another checkup...

I am really starting to feel like a vehicle that needs to get its oil changed every 3 months - only my visits entail bloodwork (no big deal anymore, especially with the talented phlebotomists they have at the Oncology department) and some general poking/prodding with a few questions. Everything looks good. Nothing to worry about. No changes, nothing new. It is strange how I now look forward to "nothing new" as the preferred answer. I used to crave newness and change in everything BUT now, not so much. I prefer stability and consistency especially when it comes to my Oncology appointments.
